Delivery

If ordering through the website, once payment has cleared we aim to have the item delivered within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail First Class. 

For made to order items - items will be produced and delivered within 14 days or sooner. Please contact Leaping Lizards directly if you require the items sooner.

Payment

Payment can be made securely through Debit Cards or Paypal on the website. 

Items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Returns

Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, please contact via web site within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer an exchange for goods of the same value. The items most be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in it's original condition and packaging. Please note you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage costs of the returned item.

Only once the item has been received by us and inspected to ensure it is in it's original condition that we will authorise an exchange.

If purchasing items that are stated as African print  please be aware that these may vary slightly in colours, due to the nature of the fabrics bought in Africa from different traders.

Leaping Lizards is a small company and on all occasions we will endeavour that you are completely satisfied with our product and service.

Prices are valid as stated on our website and we reserve the right to alter these at any time. We also reserve the right to alter any design should we feel it will improve our products. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items (particularly design and colour) accurately using current imaging techniques but slight variation in actual goods may occur.

Leaping Lizarsds' total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by the company to the customer. Leaping Lizards shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Leaping Lizards cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions supplied with the products.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above statements.
